Our Wedding
The bride was accompanied by her sister, Sandra Gonzalez, as Matron-of-Honor, and Lorraine Gaffigan, Cheryl Gutmann, and Cathy Proctor, friends of the bride, and Amy Gruber and Beth Tucker, sisters-of-the-groom, as bridesmaids. The groom was accompanied by his Best Man, Michael Beloff, and Michael Bacal and Robert Zimmerman, friends of the groom, Stephen and Timothy Kanoc, brothers of the bride, and Gary Tucker, brother-in-law of the groom, as ushers.
The ceremony was performed by Rabbi Felicia Sol from B'nai Jeshurun.
The ceremony was immediately followed by a joyful reception, where Glenn and Tamara danced their first dance to "You're the Love of My Life," by George Benson. Then family and friends celebrated by dancing the Hora. Music was provided by New York City Swing's Uptown Swing, but supplemented by some guitar playing by Glenn and Tamara serenading Glenn with her version of Shania Twain's, "Still the One."
Our wedding was picture-perfect and a day that we will treasure forever, especially because we were able to share it with our families.
A special thanks to Ellen & Arnold Gruber, Atlas Decorators, Fred Marcus Photography, Uptown Swing, Amy Gruber and the staff at Bridgewaters for making our day so special.
After an overnight stay at the Soho Grand, we quickly embarked on our honeymoon to French Polynesia. |
